Curving

Machine Curving

CGI Corrugated can be machine curved to 400mm minimum radius.

Concave, Convex and Bullnose curving all have maximum sheet lengths of 6.000m and Barrel Vault is 10.000m.

Drape Curving

Where the roof pitch is less than the product's minimum, laps are to be sealed using a self adhesive closed cell lapseal tape: the calculator displays the required length

Durability Zones per NZS3604

Zone	Description
B: Low	Inland areas with little risk from wind blown sea-spray salt deposits.
C: Medium	Inland coastal areas with medium risk from wind blown sea-spray salt deposits. This zone covers mainly coastal areas with relatively low salinity. The extent of the affected area varies significantly with factors such as winds, topography and vegetation.
D: High	Coastal areas with high risk of wind blown sea-spray salt deposits. This is defined as within 500 m of the sea including harbours, or 100 m from tidal estuaries and sheltered inlets, and otherwise as shown in figure 4.2 of NZS3604. The coastal area also includes all offshore islands including Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island, the Chatham Islands, and the areas shown in white in figure 4.2 of NZS3604.
E: Severe Marine	Breaking surf beach fronts: Designers must consult metal supplier’s information for specific durability requirements of sites in Zone E

Material:Steel 0.40 BMT Painted needs particular finishes to be used in Zones D and E
